Vicky has worked in global professional services organisations for over 16 years including most recently 8 years as Partner in Ernst & Young's Healthcare and Lifesciences Consulting Practice. Prior to this Vicky worked in senior operational management positions in the NHS over a number of years. She is an experienced Board Member and Committee Chair with governance experience on a number of Committees and Boards within the not-for-profit sector.
As an accredited Executive Coach, Vicky coaches C‑suite and senior leaders across professional services, legal, financial services and the public sector, to support individuals and teams achieve their goals and fullest potential.
